I have a problem with the plastic paint on the air scoop left side the paint seems to have oxidized , did anybody have a similar experience or can suggest a good product/solution

I haven't seen anything like that on my 2019 raven but I'm only 1500 miles in so far

A cover is the best protection, a ceramic coating can also help.
As the paint is matte, im not really sure how you would get rid of it. You could try with a claybar but i cant promise that it works

Oh and no, i havent had this problem. My bike is always covered or in a garage if im not riding it and its dry

I also havent seen this issue with mine. Looking at the pic, I just wonder whether it was in the vicinity of any welding. Welding sparks can create something like this. Anyhow, you could try and refinish it ( sand-primer-paint).
