What in the hell does this mean? I took off airbox to do the ais delete and there is actually just a faint amount of oil sitting on the edge of the left two butterfly valve cylinders. Now I'm freaking worried why in the hell would oil be in there!!! Someone please help!

After you hit 'reply', the new window will have 'add image to post' at the upper right corner, in dark blue. And don't forget to specify how many miles on the bike when the picture was taken . Now, oil in the airbox is never good, but it's not the end of the world, especially if it's only a little bit. The most common cause for that is when crankcase is overfilled, like it was the case with my bike (stupid dealer), so I wouldn't doubt my bike also has some oil in there. What I'd do is clean everything in there real well, and next winter, open it up again, for your piece of mind. My guess is it'll be dry .

Overfilling oil or doing wheelies may vent low levels of oil into the airbox. It's not a major concern. I've seen it on my bikes.

I found the same thing, on all stacks, when I did plugs and air filter. Haven’t checked again since, and I don’t overfill oil and limited wheelies. Not too concerned.
