Have you done a tire change recently? If so, I would take the rear tire off and reinstall it, making sure everything is correctly placed. including the cush drive.
If not, my second guess would be the suspension bushings on the shock. Check to see if the shock has any strange wear on it, that might be your culprit of your shock actually hitting or rubbing against something.
You should be able to reproduce the noise by compressing the suspension with the bike standing still. Usually putting it on a stand will also reproduce the noise.
Might need to tighten or replace some of the components holding the shock in.
Good luck and please report back! This could end up being something common on the bike that could help a lot of us out in the future!

How is your drive chain? I heard a similar sound at take off and checked all sorts of places. Turns out my chain was absolutely wasted, with a few broken rollers and kinks in it that wouldn’t flex easily. Try cleaning and lubing your chain really well and inspect it link-by-link. My experience was that the noise disappeared/diminished after a good clean/lube job until I put a new chain and sprocket set on the bike. No more noises and valuable lesson learned for me. Good luck!
