The engine starts when cold, although a little rough for a few seconds, and continues to a slight high idle and comes back into normal range. No big deal.
When hot, the engine is a bastard to start at times. It turns over and wants to catch, but doesn't. I can only describe it as if your trying to start it with a misfiring cylinder. Once it starts, it runs great including idle.
I know it's not the fuel as I've tried different brands and multiple tanks. I thought I was perhaps being impatient and not letting the fuel pump prime up as you get that audible pressurizing sound when it completes the cycle. No luck. Battery is in good condition.
I'm thinking maybe the TBs are out of sync? I purchased the CarbTune tool and got everything apart although the manual says to sync them at idle. Some videos I watched said they like to sync them at 3-4k RPM instead of idle. Gonna plan on trying to adjust these tomorrow.

Unless you messed with the engine, it's extremely unlikely TB synch is the issue, especially with low mileage (how many?). It sounds like an out of whack sensor to me. Did you check the ECU for DTCs? I had the same issue, but it was the crappy gas dealer put on my bike. After my second tank, no more stumbling. Since you already took apart your bike, might as well check TB synch. I always checked it at 3 to 4K rpm too, since it's more accurate than at idle IMO. Good luck.

You might want to check for vapor lock. Next time open the gas cap when the engine is hot and see if there is a vacuum. I doubt if the TB are out of sync.

I thought it was crappy gas too when I picked it up from the dealer. It had like an oily like substance in the tank. I did check for DTCs even though no check engine light and nothing. I suppose a sensor could be failing but not enough out of parameter to trip a fault?
Vapor Lock with fuel injection? I thought with a closed high pressurized system, this was a thing of the past.
Bike has 1,200 miles and completely stock.
IDK, if you just wait between start attempts, it finally starts as if it never had an issue.

When I was messing withthe emissions on the bike and trying to figure out how I could remove the charcoal cannister, I experienced your exact symptoms. I'd check all of the lines of the fuel system and make sure none are pinching. Even the overflow/breather lines.

Vapor Lock with fuel injection? I thought with a closed high pressurized system, this was a thing of the past. Not really. I just had a recall on my 2015 Ford Focus ST turbo engine......"If the canister purge valve (CPV) in the fuel vapor system gets stuck it can lead to excessive vacuum pressure in the fuel vapor system, causing the fuel tank to deform. This may result in an engine stall while driving without warning and without ability to restart". Every gas tank has to have a way to vent itself to allow air to enter to replace the fuel being consumed. If that venting is blocked or restricted you will have fueling issues.
Check all the lines for pinched or kinked hoses.
