I always enjoy riding with the wife, though she rides an 09, my granddaughter rides on the back of my 10.

i JUST TOOK THE WIFE ON THE BACK OF MY new MT10, she liked the ride, though the foot pegs were a little high for her. I think I'll be putting a set of peg droppers on it soon.

i JUST TOOK THE WIFE ON THE BACK OF MY new MT10, she liked the ride, though the foot pegs were a little high for her. I think I'll be putting a set of peg droppers on it soon. I just ordered a passenger peg lowering kit from Bruudt CNC in Germany for the same reason - they’re too high for my wife. Interested to look through the threads at what others have done. |

FJ-09 and Tracer 900 pegs are another great solution to passenger foot position / and comfort on these bikes - however they drop down so low you'll likely get a little interference from the passenger's toe onto back of your legs / calves area. Hope you're enjoying your 10!

Hope you're enjoying your 10! Thx! I have looked into those pegs also but buying them directly from the dealer......it's not cheap! 3257 skr (~312 euros, ~346 USD). Haven't managed to find them somewhere else without having to pay a newborn in freight- and tariff costs. |

Welcome to the family. Man, the riding position on that R1 looks painful. Ha ha. But I'd definitely take it once in the twisties though  . I don't have any issues with hypersports at the track, riding only 20 minutes at a time. But a multi-day, all-day-riding trip, I wouldn't make it past the first day, if at all. Ha ha. |
