Anyone have the Leo Vince baffled decat pipe??? If so if you can how does it compare to a regular midpipe and or to a gutted out cat box. I have a mjs midpipe with modified stock can with the A&r race baffle and it’s just to loud. So I gutted out my cat box and removed the exup valve and it a good volume could be a tad louder but to me the gutted cat box sounds funny. Has a hollow can sound to it. So I’m still looking for the right exhaust for my liking. Any and all info would be nice to read.

At the end of the day it's just a pipe as they all are. But the difference in price compared to other brands is as such: Material Quality (lower price equals lower quality metals) Welding Quality (Cheaper pipes usually have sloppy welds or they use a sub-par filler) Bend quality (sloppy/sharp bends can actually reduce bike performance)
One thing you will notice with the Leo Vince vs other more expensive brands is they do not 'color up' nicely, they usually stay bright and shiny (almost grungy) and won't heat temper to match the stock header or end pipe/can. The difference stands out and will annoy the vast majority of people.
Also, you mention it being loud, with a race baffle it's always going to be loud, and generally those are high pitched sound so they become annoying faster. I myself don't care for the "moto gp" sound and wanted something deeper but still loud which is why I gravitated towards the M4 exhaust myself
If it's a budget issue either stay within your budget or hold off and save up to get something that will give you what you're looking for as far as sound and looks.

when deleting the cats you need the servo saver and a rehash right?

All I did was re-flash the ECU with my cat delete pipe

Mine has the baffled mid pipe and it sounds far nicer than a full decat. My mate has a full decat on his SP and is too loud so he managed to purchase a DB killer to quieten it down to a similar volume to my Leo but it sounds like there is something in the pipe where mine doesn’t.

Thanks for the replies everyone. After doing a lot of reading and research I've decided that I'm going to save up some $$$ and get the graves evr exhaust system and flash for my bike. Incase you haven't heard about it, it uses a butterfly valve system with the stock servo motor to give the bike a lot of low end and mid range toque while still cutting down on the db's. I also found out that a lot of race bikes use a butterfly valve system on their exhaust.
