Hi Everyone! Newbie here. it's my first post so go easy on me lol. I haven't had a chance to upload pics of my fz10 but I will soon. Just had a quick question to see if anyone is using the MJS performance midpipe with an akrapovic muffler? I went thisroute to save some $$ but when I received the midpipe, the curves and shapes on it are really having me worried if its going to line up. Any advice from anyone with the same setup?
yes yes I know I should have gone with the akra midpipe.. well if this doesn't work, anyone interested in buying a midpipe haha.
Thanks for your help

When you buy mismatched products you run the risk of fitment issues, there really isn't much you can do, either it will work together or it won't. If not I would suggest returning the midpipe and buy the matching midpipe.

Hi there 613fz10. I have the mjs midpipe with my stock muffler. I can’t say anything about the akro muffler but the mjs pipe doesn’t quite fit the fz10/mt10 perfect, it is off just a smidge because the mounting is aligned for the r1. I had to modify my muffle bracket mounting (had to drill a new hole) to have everything line up perfect. Regarding the akro muffler, if it will fit on to the stock cat then it should fit the mjs pipe just might need a small mod.
