Sorry too bore yall with this but I have looked for days and cant find an answer. Feel like an idiot for asking but I give up...hahaha
I put on the Prorace GPS 1m exhaust tip. Only actual mod thats not cosmetic in nature. Looks great sounds crazy good. Does this require a retune?? Left all other emission crap alone.
I know the benefits of a retune but is it required for something like this? Dont need more HP just wanted something that sounded better and matches the black color of the bike. No backfire just a slight gurgling at low speed.

If you haven't modified or removed the cat box or EXUP system you are fine. Slip on exhausts require no mods to tune.

Yeah noticed that. Did also notice the perforated stuff on the inside on the stock so that got me wondering.
Think I may have way over thought the entire deal. New bike, havent changed a thing on a bike in years etc etc. Just didnt wanna screw this thing up.
Comes down to havent enjoyed a motorcycle this much in 15+years and since this is my "midlife crisis" ride (wifes words lol), just want to make dang sure it's done right.
