Replacing frame sliders with newer ones. Got the old bolt out but now cannot install new bolt. Motor shifted. Any tips to straighten it out?

Use a jack under your exhaust.

Id say the same. Loosen the engine mounting bolts and let it sit into place again, then tourqe them down again.
This may or many not help, but as long as you dont pull any bolts out, i dont see anything that could go wrong with trying that out.
Have you dropped your bike? This usually puts torsion throughout the bike and you need to have everything loosened up to let things seat themselves in a natural position again. Just like your body needing massage/chiropractic/acupuncture (ofcause after a doctor as given you premission to) to get everything losened back up after comming off the bike, your bike needs the same.
