...it will increase the leg room some and it is a big improvement over the stock seat, I bought mine from Babbits online, and used a code in the best price thread for some additional savings, shipped it was $260. Cool! Thanks for the heads up on the Babbitt price. If it has a noticeable increase on leg room, and it should be just what I want. Don't get me wrong, the legroom is fine on the 10. I actually like exactly where my knees and thighs snug in the tank. However, I'm about -10% body fat in the posterior(lol) so I need more padding. I also could use a different angle under my tail end to eliminate the slope that forces me snug to the tank. Track days are a fantasy due to a chosen work schedule(I'm no racer), but still, the option of moving around on the seat without much obstruction is important to me. During aggressive riding tank pads hold me just fine. I was told that the Corbin seat is slippery, which is cool......... However, it's a $500 gamble.

A man named Mr. Wog, who is currently retired custom built a seat up for me and it was/is perfect. He asked my measurements and what style of riding I was planning on doing. That seat feels better that my couch. It's still so good that you forget it's there. Might be hard to find, but I know what's out there somewhere and that's the feeling I'm searching for.
I would gladly patronize a shop or someone who builds custom seats but it's just something about a person who takes the information their self and builds the seat their self that makes it more personal vs a mold that has already been made for ones that share the same size that I am.

I'm 6'4" 220. One of the key attributes that motivated me to go with the FZ10 (besides the fact that I love the look, the sound, the power, etc..) is the ergonomics. They're damn near perfect for someone that needs plenty of legroom. And the seating position is easier on the old back too. I've rode a lot of bikes.. and I test rode plenty before going with this one. Everything about it... like butta'.

Grab a comfort seat as well, worth it imo Comfort seat it is, ordering as I post. I'm usually a form follows function guy, but I kind of like the stitching in the way it goes with the bike. Also, it seems to be a bit thicker. Going through babbitt.com ordering as soon as I find out that thread with the coupon code LOL

I love it. I can now ride and not think about the seat. Before it hurt and forced me to think about it and not about the ride as it should be. It especially impressed me because I'm sure it's not broken in yet, but it does feel great. As others stated it does keep you from sliding to the tank and ads a wee bit of leg room. In my case perfect match for the rox risers. IMO looks tits too!

6'1" 250lb here and I love it. So have you needed to upgrade your suspension at all? It'll be fine to get used to. It's a little soft and the compression and rebound are set similarly so it'll feel kinda squishy. The front dives pretty good on braking with the stock setup as well.

6'1" 250lb here and I love it. Hi Will, I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you. I got an infection due to knee replacement surgery and it really put me down for the last 6 days. I'm over it now and will get with you to get the springs to you this week. Sorry. I saw your message and will call.

Hi,I went with adjustable bar risers, push the bars a few MMs forward rotate down a few MMs its suprising how small changes can make a big difference. But about that zrx,I had one also some years ago great bike always put a smile on my face, but pushed hard just way to much flex in the swing arm and frame it would get wonky in a hurry.and im pretty sure steering dampers were invented for that bike. The 10 is just light years ahead if like the zrx you are going to love the mt10.
