I am interested in getting my ECU flashed on a 2017 FZ10. The top two companies who provide this service in my findings are Superbikeunlimited.com and 2WheelDynoWorks. Anyone have any feedback from either company or would like to share any info on another company. I currently either have installed or will once parts arrive include BMC air filter, M4 slip on exhaust including muffler and decat. AIS block off plates. Servo buddy, and Yamaha quickshifter. I am mainly looking to get the most out of the stock engine and the parts I've selected while lowering engine cooling and smoothing out throttle response while not compromising any stock features such as ABS,cruise control and reliability issues. Thanks!!

2WheelDynoWorks is highly recommended from my personal experience. Many others in the forum can also vouch for them.

Had mine flashed by 2WDW. Great to work with, would highly recommend them. If you flash the ECU, you won't need the servo buddy.

Thanks!! Just sent my ecu in to 2wdw. Check them out at 2wheeldynoworks.com kwfz10 Have you read the board for our supporting vendor 2wheeldynoworks ? Please read the following. Facts. 2wheeldynoworks flashed the very first ECU flash for the FZ-10. I know this, because Nels and I helped Flashtunes ECU create the first FZ-10 Basetune that EVERY dyno shop uses nationwide. We found a donor bike in Cali for Flashtunes, a member on this forum donated his bike. 2. 2wheeldynoworks was the very first dynoshop to take the basetune and expand it to a performance tune, the video of that tune is on here somewhere. This was two years ago. 3. One of the top guys for Flashtunes left and went to work for 2wheeldynoworks. This is important, becasue Flashtunes ecu is the company that Yamaha authorizes to create the basetune that ALL dyno shops use. So, this guy knows what is safe and what isn't and can diagnose the codes to create the best tune for your bikes setup. 4. Nels at 2wheeldynoworks is the only ECU shop that I work with on all of the Yamaha forums that I own. You would not believe the ECU code knowledge that he and hos staff have. Nels has flashed more Yamaha's than any shop that I know of on earth. Over 2000 FZ-07's that I know of, over 2000 fz-09 and FJ-09's that I know of, and hundreds of FZ-10's from this forum. Nels checks and adjusts his Dyno every single day. There are certain aspects of a dyno that needs to be adjusted on a daily basis, and many Dyno shops don't do this. He is the choice of many many racers and he spends almost every weekend at the track supporting actual race teams and swear by 2wheeldynoworks . I know of many cases where a bike was dyno checked at one Dyno shop and displayed one high HP number, and then dyno checked two days later at 2wheeldynoworks and performed a a much lower hp numebr than what the other dyno shop displayed. Lastly, Nels supports this forum and it's members. He is major reason why I keep this place going for all of you and he takes good care of us. Make a change to your bike and he will update your tune free of charge (not including autoshift of course) . I do not know this superbike unlimited shop, have never heard from them. May be good, may be bad, I dunno either way. But I know Nels personally and consider hm to the the very best ECU tuner and the most accurate and true dyno in the country. Thousands of streetbikers, forum members and race teams around the world agree.

We would love the opportunity to help every single FZ-10 owner, and every motorcycle owner for that matter, get the most power out of their bike. We guarantee a smoother, and safer, horsepower and torque curve than the competition.
Nels has been hard at work with our FZ-10 test bike on the dyno creating something truly phenomenal. Within the next day or so, we plan on sharing the results of countless hours of R&D with all of you!
Stay tuned on our section of the forum 😊

That's surprising, because if Yamaha authorized it I would guess they wouldn't need to pull data off a donor ecu. Anyway 2wdw is great to work with and I'm happy with the flash I got and their clear communication.

Ha. That must be the tease Nate spoke about today when I was over at Nels. Hadn't seen him since 9/14, and boy have things changed. They had 60-70 bikes outside and in. They may move again soon, or in winter according to Nels. Then Nate went on about the latest MT 10 work Nels had spent countless hours on recently. Basically rocket ship like with stock exhaust. Love those guys. Lucky they are just a hop across the lake. I'm jealous of what y'all are going to get soon. Cheers, G
