You wouldn't even lose cruise control I don't think. You would just have to figure out a way to wire it into the brake light switch. I think I've read before that there's basically 4 wires on the break light switch and just wire the 2 ground wires in and the cruise control disengage and brake light engage together and you're fine. There might only be 3 wires, one ground wire .
I'm not 100 % sure about that though. I went with the R1 master mostly due to cost. Paid $75 for a barely used R1 master where the Brembo was, what, like $250+? I do miss the adjustability though. I have a Brembo on my track bike and it's good to be able to adjust the break on the fly. Especially on hot days when it seems that Brake fade becomes more apparent.

Can you just link both? It's just an signal switch. Like, both ground wires together and both lead wires together?
Or, what if you just don't connect the wires for the cruise control? Then if you pulled the brakes, it just wouldn't turn off the CC, am I correct?
