Hi all Thought I would share my experience to save others some trouble.
My engine light came on after a wash the other day so took it back to the dealer and they told me this
If on the track stand do not run engine in gear. With rear wheel spinning and front not moving the front abs sensor goes a bit haywire.
They say they have seen this before.
I normally hand spin the wheel to apply chain lube then chuck it in gear and let it run for a bit to ensure even coverage. Won't be doing it anymore.
Cheers

That's a well known phenomenon with the -10, just not good practice to run the bike on a track stand unless you are willing to get an error code. Not really necessary to run the rear wheel to spread the chain lube, that will be done the next time you roll out of the garage for your ride.

It's not really the ABS, it is the traction control using the ABS sensors. If you turn off the TC before starting the bike, it will not throw the code.
