Is there any trick to using the auxiliary port? I have plugged in two different chargers and they both didn't work but work in my car. I'm not sure if my port is broken or not. I didn't try using it until recently. Thanks

sounds like a question for the service dept. use mine every ride and it has worked with all 3 things I have plugged in. could be a fuse or the guy that assembled the bike forgot to make a connection.

On mine, I blow the fuse on 1st use. You should check that. Owner manual will guide you.
