Are you the one recording? If so, what bike you riding just curious? I liked the part I know most of us have experienced when he wacked the throttle and the front started to rise ~2:52. I've been in that similar experience when someone comes up next to me rolling fast and I grease it and I get the suspended front wobbles. Looks like he then drops the throttle in prep for the next corner.

He's a much faster rider and behind me just playing around. Had a feeling it was that exact bike. I ran with some recently and was in a similar predicament. They're a pretty fast bike with an insane power delivery in the higher RPMs. To me you didn't look bad with the lines and the way you handled the corners. I feel your buddy was a little heavy in some areas on the throttle and was eager to throw into a corner. Did you run track before the Öhlins swap? If so, is it like night and day? |

Tango2...1:57-58's isn't slow that's for sure. A full on superbike makes FZ's look slow. I'm finding out the front end doesn't want to be on the ground. I'm going to do some nice mods to get this thing handling better than my 2009 FZ1 bad boy...it's one of the nicest FZ1's around. You went down on the rear sprocket and moved the wheelbase back a little if I recall correctly. These bikes don't have true wheelie control and they want to wheelie like crazy. I'm going to try and get the bike working better for serious canyon carving and occasional trackdays without it lofting the front wheel so much. Great engine and chassis...just wheelies way to easy. We spoke at a Keigwins event at Laguna Seca about the FZ10 and your set-up.
